HAS MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED?

You will receive an email stating whether your order has been successfully processed or not. If it has been successful, you will then receive another email stating the order has been dispatched (along with the tracking number, if you chose the tracked carrier option).

If your order was not successfully placed, you will receive an email explaining why.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE AN EXISTING ORDER?

As we aim to get you your orders ASAP, unfortunately, we are not able to change or cancel any order details once the order has been placed. However, if you have made an error with the delivery details, please email support@moldmebymolly.com with your order number immediately so that we can try our best to get this sorted for you. But please note that this may not always be possible, so make sure you double check your details before placing your order!

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?


LAGOS:
You can return an item(s) if it is unused, unmarked, odorless, and within our 2-day return period by filling out the returns form and sending the item(s) to the address stated on the returns form. You are responsible for the shipping fee and we advise you to use a tracked carrier. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it, and state whether your request has been accepted or rejected. If your returns request is accepted, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days of us receiving the order. Please note that your bank may take longer to process the refund.

If your returns request is rejected due to any of the reasons listed in our Return and Refund Policy, then you will receive an email stating why and what the next steps are. You are responsible for the shipping fee for the order to be sent back to you.
