SHIPPING POLICY 

Welcome to the Shipping Policy of MoldMe Limited (“MoldMe”, “we”, “us” and “our”).

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender; in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. MoldMe will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.

Delivery Time

Orders within Nigeria may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. International deliveries may take longer depending upon the location of the customer. If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Courier Service

MoldMe uses the following carrier to ship orders: 

  • DHL
  • Any Third Party engaged by MoldMe for the fulfilment of services

The risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier and the Third-Party. Title for products purchased from us transfers to you upon payment for the products.

Where We Ship

We ship Globally. If we do not deliver to your country, we will inform you.

Delivery Fee

All customers are required to pay the Shipping Fee. Please calculate the shipping fee to your country in your cart or upon checkout.

International Deliveries

For international deliveries outside Nigeria, please note that any customs, duties or additional charges which apply to your order will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.
